What does it cost to sign up for Sayso?

Nothing. The advertisers pay you.

Who is eligible?

United States residents age 13 and over. This policy matches the requirements of the Federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). Although Sayso is currently for U.S. Residents only, it is exploring expansion into other countries.

How do I get my money?

Sayso will either send you or your favorite non-profit organization a check every time your account reaches $25.

What if I’m getting more messages than I’d like?

Because Sayso is a marketplace, you can control the frequency at which you receive messages simply by raising your Sayso price. For example, if you’re price is set at $0.15 and you’re getting more messages than you’d prefer, raise your Sayso price to, say, $0.30 and the message frequency will naturally decline.

Can I change my profile?

Certainly. In fact, we encourage you to keep your profile up to date as things change in your life. Doing so will ensure the messages and offers you receive from Sayso advertisers remain relevant and meaningful.

Will my personal profile information remain private?

Absolutely. All messages and offers sent through Sayso are sent “blind” — meaning the advertiser does not know the specific names or phone numbers of the individuals receiving their messages.

How much money can I expect to make?

Your specific rewards depend on both your Sayso price and how in-demand your profile characteristics are.

Will I be charged by my mobile provider for text messages I receive from advertisers?

Possibly. If your mobile contract includes a charge for text messages received, you will be charged your contracted rate (usually a few cents). However, you can easily offset this charge by ensuring the price you set takes that charge into account. Simply set your Sayso price a few cents higher to cover the cost.
